Initially offered as a special pre-release to club members in December 2015, this wine is now ready for the limelight. We’ve been producing the Clift Vineyard Cab for so long, the Napa Valley rules now consider it an “Estate” wine. In our tasting we found smooth, nutty, chocolate aromas followed by dark dried fruits, leather and eucalyptus. Aged in 50% French and 50% Kentucky American Oak, this velvety cab is delicious on it’s own: it’s rare that you find a cab that doesn’t need food, but here it is!
