We’re loving our 2018 Honker Blanc, from the Sonoma Valley. Harvested September 11, 2018 and produced in the style of a Napa Valley Reserve Sauvignon Blanc, it was slowly fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to maintain it's bright, fresh fruit. Enjoy honeysuckle, peach and creamy lychee with a hint of dandelion greens. Don’t be fooled by the touch of sweetness on the palate: this wine is low in residual sugar – but the lower acidity allows the fruit flavors to shine through. It will pair sinfully well with soft, creamy cheeses and delightfully accompanies scallops, oysters…or, well, any fish for that matter!
